NMC2013, the 10th International Nanomechanical Sensing Conference, will be held May 1-3, 2013 on the beautiful campus of Stanford University. NMC2013 features a single session technical program with the latest research on fundamental and applied nanosensing and nanomechanics with renowned invited speakers, contributed oral and poster presentations, and excellent networking opportunities for industry and academia. Topic areas include: Chemical Sensing, Probing Biology, Physical Sensors and Probes, Actuation and Active Probes, Modeling and Mechanics, and New Materials and Surfaces.
NMC2013 is sponsored by the NSF Center for Probing the Nanoscale at Stanford, Bruker, Bosch, and OAI. Please note student travel grants have been requested from NSF to cover the registration of up to 25 presenting student/postdoc authors.
There will also be a half-day short course on AFM applications for Seeing at the Nanoscale sponsored by Bruker on 30 April on the Stanford campus. Please visit the link to sign up for the short course when you register for the NMC meeting!
