Announcement of seminars and conferences
The 11th NanoWal scientific meeting will be held on Wednesday 21st of May 2014 at the University of Liège.
The topic of this meeting wil be "Bio-inspired synthetic functional molecules".
The meeting is open to all scientists (students, post-docs, staff member) from academia and industry. We strongly encourage all groups to present posters with their most recent work connected to the field of nanomaterials, nanosciences and nanotechnology (even if not directly related to the topic of the meeting).
the Fourth International Conference on Multifunctional, Hybrid and Nanomaterials will take place 9 - 13 March 2015 in Sitges (near Barcelona), Spain.
Energy, the environment and human health have emerged as strategic priorities not only in research but in all aspects of our lives. Hybrid materials have already demonstrated good promise in addressing and offering solutions in each of these priority areas.
The 2nd Workshop on "Metallic Nano-Objects - From Fundametal to Applications" will be held at the Université de Lille 1, France on Novembre 13th and 14th, 2014.
Le 17ème Forum des microscopies à sonde locale aura lieu dans le sud-ouest de la France du 17 au 21 mars 2014. Après les Pyrénées en 2004, ce sera le tour du Midi dans le magnifique cadre que la ville de Montauban offre.
The UCL IEEE CAS & EDS Chapter would be honored by your presence at our Distinguished Lecture given by
International Francqui Professor Bruce Logan
(Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering, and the Engineering Energy & Environmental Institute, Penn State University, USA)
Microbial Fuel Cell and Reverse Electrodialysis Technologies for Renewable Power Generation from Biomass and Salinity Gradients.
In 2014 two leading international conferences will be held on 6-10 July 2014 in Brisbane, Australia.
NanoBio Australia will combine the 5th International NanoBio Conference with the 3rd International Conference on BioNano Innovation, attracting leading international researchers in BioNano science and technology.
