The administrative management (master enrolment, course enrolment, recording of exam marks, jury deliberation, etc.) is provided by UCLouvain (EPL - Louvain School of Engineering). The academic management is provided by a steering committee comprising a representative (contact person) in each institution:

- Prof. Benoît Champagne (UNamur, Faculty of Sciences), secretary of the jury,
- Prof. Roberto Lazzaroni (UMONS, Faculty of Sciences),
- Prof. Bernard Nysten (UCLouvain, Louvain School of Engineering), chairman of the jury,
- Prof. Alejandro Silhanek (ULiège, Faculty of Sciences).
